A woman with platinum blonde hair and pink tips is exercising on a treadmill in a gym, guided by a trainer. The woman is wearing a black sports bra and dark leggings. The gym has large windows, a wall fan, and visible ceiling ductwork.

Physical Therapy

Individualized care for your diagnosis and goals

Our one-on-one PT services are designed around the conditions your body is actually dealing with — not a generic protocol. Every treatment plan is built by a licensed physical therapist who takes the time to understand your history, your goals, and what recovery looks like for you specifically.

  • Hypermobility isn't just flexibility — it's instability, pain, fatigue, and the frustration of working hard without the results you expect. Generic exercise programs often make things worse.

Your PT will develop an individualized plan to build the muscular support your joints need, teach you to move in ways that protect rather than stress your connective tissue, and give you the tools to manage flares and keep progressing long-term.

  • A fall — or the fear of one — can dramatically change how you move through the world. Our balance and falls prevention services are designed to rebuild confidence alongside physical capability.

Available as individual sessions or a structured 6-week series with progressive challenges and measurable outcomes. Your PT will assess your specific balance deficits and build a plan that addresses the root cause — not just the symptom.

    • Individual sessions — targeted assessment and personalized programming

    • 6-Week Series — systematic progression over six weeks with clear benchmarks

Appropriate for older adults, vestibular conditions, neurologic diagnoses, and anyone who has fallen or fears falling.

  • Your body is doing extraordinary things. It deserves extraordinary support.

Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the fourth trimester, or still recovering years later — our pregnancy and postpartum PT gives you the individualized evaluation and treatment you need, led by a therapist who specializes in this season of life.

    • Pelvic Floor 101 (Individual session) — A foundational education and assessment session covering pelvic floor anatomy, function, common dysfunction, and an individualized plan of care. Because Kegels are not the whole answer.

    • Beyond Kegels (3-Session Series) — A deeper, structured series covering breath, pressure management, core coordination, and a return to the activities you love. For prenatal and postpartum individuals at any stage.

  • The squat and deadlift are two of the most powerful movements for long-term health — and two of the most commonly done incorrectly. Poor mechanics don't just limit your performance; they put your spine, hips, and knees at risk over time.

In your one-on-one sessions, your PT will assess your movement patterns, identify compensations, and build a corrective program that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and the gym floor.

Ideal for: gym-goers returning after injury, those with a history of low back or knee pain, and anyone who wants to train hard and stay healthy doing it.

  • Finishing formal PT after an ACL reconstruction or other surgery is a major milestone — but it's not the same as being ready to return to sport or full activity. That gap is where re-injury most often occurs.

Your PT will create an individualized return-to-activity program that respects your tissue healing timeline while rebuilding the strength, neuromuscular control, and confidence you need to move forward without fear.

Appropriate for post-ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, hip surgery, and other lower extremity procedures in the later stages of recovery.

  • Every sport demands something different from your body. Our sport-specific PT is designed around those demands — so you can train smarter, prevent the injuries common in your sport, and come back stronger after one.

Overhead Athlete Shoulder health, scapular stability, and rotator cuff programming for swimmers, baseball players, volleyball players, and anyone whose sport lives above shoulder height.

Running — Hip Strength Targeting the glute and hip deficits that drive IT band syndrome, hip flexor pain, and patellofemoral pain. Essential for runners at any mileage.

Running — Ankle & Foot Strength Build the foot and ankle resilience that protects against plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, stress fractures, and ankle sprains.

Rotational Sports: Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Addressing the mobility, core control, and movement quality that rotational athletes need to play more and hurt less.

  • Recovering from a concussion is not just about rest — it's about carefully reintroducing activity in a way your brain can tolerate and adapt to. Get back too fast, and symptoms flare. Stay sedentary too long, and recovery stalls.

Your PT will guide you through a structured, symptom-monitored progression with individualized pacing and clear education on what you're experiencing and why.

Appropriate for post-concussion syndrome and those cleared for graduated activity but unsure how to proceed safely.

  • Neurologic conditions require specialized knowledge and care that sees the whole person — not just the diagnosis. Our neurologic PT services are individualized, evidence-based, and built around what matters most to you.

Shoulder Preservation for Wheelchair Users Protect the joints that power your independence. Rotator cuff health, postural awareness, and strength programming for manual wheelchair users.

Fall Recovery Rebuilding the physical capability and psychological confidence to get back up — and prevent the next fall.

Caregiver & Transfer Safety For caregivers and the individuals they support: safe body mechanics, transfer techniques, and movement strategies that protect both of you.

Parkinson's Disease Evidence-based programming focused on amplitude, balance, mobility, and the specific movement challenges Parkinson's presents — drawing on principles from LSVT BIG and neuroplasticity-driven approaches.
