Reform Gym
A Gym Built Around Your strength & Recovery
Most gyms weren't designed with you in mind. The equipment, the environment, the culture — it's built for people who already feel comfortable there. Rogue Reform's gym is different. This is a space where your diagnosis isn't a liability, your PT program is the plan, and every person in the room is working toward something real.
More Than a Membership
-
Our gym is for anyone who wants to keep moving with intention — especially those who've felt out of place in traditional fitness settings.
That includes people continuing a physical therapy program, managing a chronic condition like POTS, EDS, or Parkinson's, recovering from surgery or injury, returning to exercise after pregnancy, older adults building strength and stability, and anyone who simply wants to train in an environment where the people around them understand bodies like theirs.
You don't need to be an athlete. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.
-
From the equipment we chose to the way the space is laid out, every decision was made with recovery and function in mind. You'll find what you need to continue your programming — and nothing that will set you back.
Our team is on hand to answer questions, and because Rogue Reform also offers one-on-one PT and group classes, your gym work never exists in a vacuum. Everything connects.
-
Gym access works best as part of a bigger picture. Many of our members use the gym alongside one-on-one physical therapy sessions, our group classes, or both. Your PT can write programming you complete here. Your class can introduce movements you reinforce here. It all lives in one place — by design.
When you join the Rogue Reform gym, you're not just getting access to equipment. You're getting a rehabilitation-informed space where the staff understands your history, the programming makes clinical sense, and you can move with confidence — whether you're fresh out of PT or years into your maintenance routine.
It's the missing piece between your last PT appointment and the rest of your active life.
Not Sure Where to Start?
That's what we're here for. Reach out and we'll help you figure out whether one-on-one PT, our current group class, or a combination of both is the right fit for where you are right now.
