Living with POTS, dysautonomia, or other forms of autonomic dysfunction can make exercise feel impossible — or even dangerous. Our autonomic dysfunction classes are designed specifically for you, with carefully sequenced progressions that respect your nervous system while building the cardiovascular and muscular conditioning your body needs.

  • Supine / Reclined — all exercise performed lying down; lowest cardiovascular demand

  • Seated — upright positioning with controlled exertion

  • Standing / Upright — progressive loading toward full weight-bearing activity

You'll learn what your body can handle, how to monitor your own response to exercise, and how to keep moving forward even on your hardest days.
