Our autonomic dysfunction classes are designed specifically for you, with carefully sequenced progressions that respect your nervous system while building the cardiovascular and muscular conditioning your body needs.
Supine / Reclined — all exercise performed lying down; lowest cardiovascular demand
Seated — upright positioning with controlled exertion
Standing / Upright — progressive loading toward full weight-bearing activity
You'll learn what your body can handle, how to monitor your own response to exercise, and how to keep moving forward even on your hardest days.
